Sound healing therapies are not new, or new age. In fact, cultures all over the world have used vibrational medicine for thousands of years as a tool for healing, to revitalize the body, and elevate the spirit. Today, medical practitioners use sound healing to treat stress, depression, trauma, insomnia, pain and arthritis, and to boost the immune system. 

Sound healing uses the power of sound to promote transformation and well-being. The sound resonates directly into our cellular memory and opens our body’s energetic systems. As a result, blockages, stuck emotions, and tension are released, allowing profound personal shifts and healing. 

This immersive workshop will focus on the art of traditional Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Healing. Students will learn practical application and the fundamentals of skillful facilitation. You will be introduced to 4 & 7 bowl sound healing therapies, chakra balancing, and warm water therapy.

As an integrative therapy, sound healing is a natural complement to many alternative medicine practices, such as massage, reflexology, Reiki, and other body work treatments. This course is ideal for all levels of practitioners or for anyone interested in the power of sound healing. Pre-requisite: Sound Healing Level I.

Classes are small and are a combination of lecture, demonstration, and hands on practice time.
