FUNDAMENTALS OF TIBETAN SINGING BOWL SOUND HEALING THERAPY

Sound Healing Level I is an introduction to the fundamental principles of sound as a healing modality. Gail Kronberg will introduce students to the art and science of traditional Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Healing using one and two bowls. Learn how sound works, its practical application, and the fundamentals of skillful facilitation.

Sound Healing is an ancient form of energy medicine in which sound and vibrational frequencies are used to create balance and alignment in our physical body, our chakras, and our energy fields.

Stress and negativity creates blockages that cause low energy disturbances and can lead to disease. Sound can shift our energy from low to high, removing the lower frequencies of emotions such as fear, anger, and resentment. As a result, blockages, stuck emotions, and tension can be released, allowing profound personal shifts and healing. Today, medical practitioners use sound healing to treat stress, depression, trauma, insomnia, pain and arthritis, and to boost the immune system. 

As an integrative therapy, sound healing is a natural complement to many alternative medicine practices, such as massage, reflexology, Reiki, and other body work treatments. This course is ideal for all levels of practitioners or for anyone interested in the power of sound healing. No prior experience required.
