There will be physical movements, suitable for ANY BODY at any level, focus on our breathing, some chanting of ancient mantras, lots of uplifting music, meditation, and always a deep relaxation at the end (sometimes with a gong sound bath).

Kundalini Yoga works on strengthening your nervous and immune system to reduce stress and increase a deep sense of well-being. The breath-work purifies your blood stream to support gentle detoxification, and the meditation rewires the brain to dissolve negative patterns and create new positive habits.
