New to our abundant offerings is distance reiki sessions!

Did you know that energy is not bound by time or space? Reiki is as effective when done as a distance session. The benefit is that you can lay down and enjoy a wonderful experience right from your own home.

Once you book your session you will be sent a confirmation email that describes how to prepare for the distance reiki session.

Preparation

Please take some time to align with your healing intentions for the session before we meet. Plan to be in a place where you can relax, undisturbed, for the duration of the session. Create a space that feels nourishing and calming. You may want to have a warm blanket, diffuse essential oils or light a candle, and play relaxing music.  Everyone is different, so do what feels best for you. Please have access to water for hydration post-session.

Then your Reiki Specialist will call you at the agree time for a brief orienting conversations where you can share your intention.

Within 24 hours, you will receive an email with feedback about your session.
