Join us for a deep energetic clearing of 2019 as we take a transformative healing journey into sacred sound and ritual. Allow yourself to look deep within to reveal that which needs to be healed and released in order to manifest your heart’s desires, hopes and passions for the year ahead.
We begin our journey by sitting in a sacred circle, honoring the cacao spirit with Shamanic prayer, and humbly asking for our intentions to be heard. We serve the cacao in liquid form, and drink together in a safe and intimate space. Ceremonial cacao is used to gently touch your heart and guide you into an inner journey deep into the emotional center of our body - Anahata, our Heart Chakra.
Through Fire Ceremony you honor your lessons and old belief structures by placing them in the fire and turning them over to spirit. By releasing these old patterns and beliefs into fire, you heal deeply at the soul level. Fire allows for rapid transformation. It provides the avenue to let go of the old story and drama, to transform, to renew and to be reborn.
To activate mind, body and spirit, Gail will immerse you in the luscious soundscapes and healing vibrations of an extraordinary ensemble of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Wu Xing Symphonic gong, and other ancient sound healing instruments. All of these instruments will play a part in our experience as they bring their own unique textures and tonal qualities to your sonic journey.
Sound healing uses the power of sound to promote transformation and well-being. The harmonic vibrations produced penetrate the body and stimulate the brain, inducing a meditative and peaceful state. The sound resonates directly into our cellular memory activating the body’s natural healing system, moving through connective tissue and organs. As a result, blockages, stuck emotions and tension are released, allowing profound personal shifts and healing. All we have to do to support our transformative process, is simply surrender to the sounds and vibrations. Reiki energy will be channeled into the instruments and Fire Ceremony to empower you and aid in clearing energy and supporting the entire transformational process.
