Join Maari Falsetto, owner of Inner Alchemy and Marc Lainhart, The Intuitive Prospector for Forest Fridays!   

This is a community event to get out together and enjoy our beautiful northwest nature with a hike, meditation and some Qi Gong.  We will meet at Inner Alchemy at 8am and return around 2pm.   Pack a lunch, water, gear and a Discover pass for parking.  

This month we will be hiking Little Mt Si in the North Bend Area.  This is a moderately graded 3.7 mile hike, perfect for beginners and those looking to get back into hiking shape.  More details about the hike here: https://www.wta.org/go-hiking/hikes/little-si
