Celebrate the Spring Equinox with a sacred healing immersed in the pure sounds and vibrations of ethereal quartz crystal and earthy Tibetan singing bowls that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

This is the time to plant the seeds of your intentions and witness their manifestation. Through the use of sound we will amplify and support these intentions, remove energy patterns and habits that are no longer serving you, and bring Body, Mind, and Spirit back to their natural state of harmony.

Done in a group setting, participants rest comfortably on mats or may sit in a chair. Bring your own mat, blanket, pillow and water bottle. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to secure your spot. Door will be locked when the Sound Bath begins.
