Join us for an 8 week introduction and transformative healing of the chakras. Each week will include information about one of the seven main chakras and we will work on tuning that specific chakra by surrendering to the sounds and vibrations of quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. The final week will feature all the chakras. You may attend any or all of the series.

This week will focus on the Throat Chakra or Vishuddha. It is the fifth chakra and the passage of the energy between the lower parts of the body and head. The throat chakra is the energy center associated with self-expression and communication.

A sound bath is an experience of relaxation and transformation through sound and vibration done in a group setting while participants rest comfortably on a yoga mat or chair. Please bring a blanket and pillow for comfort, mats provided. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to secure your spot. Door will be locked when Sound Bath begins.
