Join us for an 8 week introduction and transformative healing of the chakras. Each week will include information about one of the seven main chakras and we will work on tuning that specific chakra by surrendering to the sounds and vibrations of quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. The final week will feature all the chakras. You may attend any or all of the series.

This week will focus on the Third Eye or Ajna. Located on the forehead between the eyebrows, the third eye is the sixth chakra - the center of intuition and foresight. The function of the third eye is driven by the principle of openness and imagination.

A sound bath is an experience of relaxation and transformation through sound and vibration done in a group setting while participants rest comfortably on a yoga mat or chair. Please bring a blanket and pillow for comfort, mats provided. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to secure your spot. Door will be locked when Sound Bath begins.
