Join us for an 8 week introduction and transformative healing of the chakras. Each week will include information about one of the seven main chakras and we will work on tuning that specific chakra by surrendering to the sounds and vibrations of quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. The final week will feature all the chakras. You may attend any or all of the series.

This week completes our chakra series. We will review all 7 chakras - Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown. Then receive a sound healing awash in the soothing tones and vibrations of chakra singing bowls as you are guided into a state of deep relaxation. You will experience a deep sense of mindfulness, enhanced clarity, reduce stress, and restore balance and well-being to Body, Mind, and Spirit.

A sound bath is an experience of relaxation and transformation through sound and vibration done in a group setting while participants rest comfortably on a yoga mat or chair. Please bring a blanket and pillow for comfort, mats provided. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to secure your spot. Door will be locked when Sound Bath begins.
