Join us for an 8 week introduction and transformative healing of the chakras.  Each week will include information about one of the seven main chakras and we will work on tuning that specific chakra by surrendering to the sounds and vibrations of quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. 

The final week will feature all the chakras. You may attend any or all of the series. 

This week will focus on the Solar Plexus Chakra or Manipura.  Characterized by the expression of will, personal power, and mental abilities, the energy of the third chakra is mobilized when we assert ourselves in the world.  Discover the key characteristics and how to make the most of this powerful energy center.

A sound bath is an experience of relaxation and transformation through sound and vibration done in a group setting while participants rest comfortably on a yoga mat or chair. 

Please bring a blanket and pillow for comfort, mats provided.  Arrive 10-15 minutes early to secure your spot. 

Door opens at 6:30 pm

Sound Bath starts at 7 pm, Door will be locked once Sound Bath begins.
