Join us for an 8 week introduction and transformative healing of the chakras. Each week will include information about one of the seven main chakras and we will work on tuning that specific chakra by surrendering to the sounds and vibrations of quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. The final week will feature all the chakras. You may attend any or all of the series.

This week will focus on the Heart Chakra or Anahata - our center of love, compassion, and beauty. Driven by the principles of transformation and integration, the fourth energy center is said to bridge earthly and spiritual aspirations. Explore what makes the essence of this chakra and how to unravel its powerful energy to enrich your life.

A sound bath is an experience of relaxation and transformation through sound and vibration done in a group setting while participants rest comfortably on a yoga mat or chair. Please bring a blanket and pillow for comfort, mats provided. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to secure your spot. Door will be locked when Sound Bath begins.
