She attended the Atma Buti Sound & Vibrational School where she learned the traditional ways of healing with Nepalese chakra bowls under Master Teacher Suren Shrestha. In addition to her study in energy work, Gail graduated from Illinois State University with a Master of Music degree in vocal performance.
