WHAT TO BRING

Please bring anything you may need to feel comfortable on the floor in silence for 60 minutes. Blankets, pillows, bolsters, eye pillows, and yoga mats are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing without buttons, zippers or bling on the top to prevent bowls from rattling when played on the body, and please be hydrated.
