A sound bath is an experience of relaxation and transformation through sound and vibration done in a group setting while participants rest comfortably on a yoga mat or chair. Please bring a blanket and pillow for comfort, yoga mats provided. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to secure your spot. Door will be locked when Sound Bath begins.
