Take a healing sound journey with a Tibetan and crystal chakra singing bowl sound spa that will leave you feeling wonderfully relaxed and calm. As the harmonious tones and vibrational frequencies wash over the body you will experience a deep sense of mindfulness, reduce stress, and restore balance and well-being to Body, Mind, and Spirit.
Sound spas are done in a group setting with participants lying on the floor (or sit). You may bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, bolster, or anything else for comfort. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to register and get settled.
